“His Hands Massage” at Birch Street Retreat tailors treatments to your individual needs. Massage techniques include craniosacral therapy, Swedish massage, Somato emotional release, lymphatic drainage, and emotional freedom technique using acupressure points. Two lodging rooms are available for overnight guests. Body work is available lodging guests and the general public. Private soaks at Riverbend Hot Springs are an optional addition.
Originally built as a motor court; fully remodeled to open as luxury lodging and mineral baths in 2006. Eight rooms on the Blackstone Hot Springs main property—Roy Rogers, Babalu, Studio, Superman, Twilight Zone, Jetsons, Golden Girls, As The World Turns—have private in-room springs.

Fire Water Lodge offers free private baths for lodgers only. Robes are provided for your stay.
Six rooms at Fire Water have indoor baths; some are concrete, others are ceramic tile, one is stone & ceramic, one is metal. Each bath is in a private enclosed area. Two rooms have baths for use by that room’s occupants only.
There’s also one outdoor bath for general use by all lodgers on a first come / first served basis: it’s a jetted whirlpool bath in a private fenced-in area.
Appointments are available with a massage therapist who uses a blend of Western and Asian techniques. A reflexologist is also available by appointment.
The Holiday Inn Express and Suites in Truth or Consequences is the newest and most modern hotel in the area. The 100% non-smoking facility is conveniently located off Interstate 25.

The bath house and cottages—formerly Langford Tourist Courts—have evolved over the years, and today are reminiscent of the tranquil mid-twentieth century. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come / first-served basis. Lodgers get two free half-hour baths per day. Nightly, weekly and monthly rentals are available.

La Paloma works with a number of local therapists to provide a long list of spa treatments: reiki, facials, pedicures, astrology readings, tarot readings, acupressure, deep muscle therapy, cranio sacral therapy, cupping, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi massage, Swedish massage, sports therapy, Shiatsu, lymph drainage, pre- and post-operation therapy, prenatal massage, couples massage, foot massage, and geriatric massage.
Thirty-two rooms are spread across several properties, all in downtown Truth or Consequences. Dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $25 per night for the first dog, $15 per night for the 2nd. All rooms have kitchenettes or kitchens.
Guests have unlimited access to 5 concrete tubs. 4 of these baths can accommodate a couple, 1 can accommodate up to 6 people.
Walk-ins are welcome Sunday through Thursday from 9am-9pm, except holidays. Cost to soak is $6 for 45 minutes.

Riverbend has 13 rooms available to lodgers. Lodging guests enjoy free, unlimited access to the public pool area during pool hours (check-in to 10pm, and from 8-10am on the day of their check-out).
1 or 2 dogs weighing under 20 pounds are allowed for an extra fee. There’s even an outdoor “Canine Cabana” for dogs to hang out in.

There are 17 rooms in total (not including the Casita) available at the Lodge. Two downstairs rooms have mineral water in the bathtubs. All the rooms have large “sunken” bathtubs. Upstairs, a 2-room suite has a jetted bathtub – but not hot spring water.

Services offered include deep tissue, hot stone, and couples massage, reflexology, lymphatic, myofascial release, and energy balancing. Massage appointments range from 30 to 90 minutes. Body polish, aromatherapy, and wrap treatments are also offered.
The spa also has a signature facial treatment, as well as other types of facials, warm oil scalp massage, foot massage, and back skin care treatment. Appointments may be customized with add-ons including aromatherapy, neck and back, and feet or hand treatments.
