Ralph Edwards Park has a gazebo, plenty of shade trees, and is next to the Rio Grande. It is a large park that is perfect for outdoor events. It is a public park first and foremost, however, and therefore cannot be reserved in its entirety. The public is allowed to use the park at all times, including during your event.
